Shipping policy

At VibesVastram, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. We request you to read this shipping policy carefully before placing an order to understand our processing timelines, delivery methods, and shipping terms.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer, and customers will be informed of any delays through email communication.

We ship all orders through Shiprocket using reliable courier partners to ensure secure delivery. Currently, we provide shipping services across India, subject to PIN code serviceability.

After dispatch, prepaid orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take 4–9 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We offer free shipping on all orders, and no shipping charges are applied at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected PIN codes, and no additional COD fee is charged for COD orders.

For order authenticity and smooth delivery, COD orders may be verified before dispatch. All order-related notifications, including order confirmation, shipping updates, and tracking details, are sent via email only. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

Customers are requested to ensure that their shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing an order. In cases where an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other return-related scenarios, reshipping charges may be applicable. The applicability of reshipping charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason for the return.

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and complete order details. Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as per our internal review process.
