If you face any issue with your T-shirt, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Q. What is the return period for T-shirts?
Customers can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Q. What condition should the product be in for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The T-shirt must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags intact. The product should be returned in its original condition without stains, damage, odor, or any signs of use. Products that fail to meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Q. How can I place a return request?
Customers can initiate a return directly from the website without contacting customer support. To do this, visit the order page, click on the return option, select the reason for return, and submit the request. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed and further instructions will be shared if required.
Q. How long does it take to verify a returned product?
Once the returned product is received by us, it will be inspected by our team. The verification process usually takes 2 to 3 business days.
Q. When will I receive my refund for prepaid orders?
For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated to the original payment method used during checkout. After approval, the refunded amount is typically credited within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Q. How are refunds handled for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
For COD orders, once the returned product is verified, we will contact the customer via email to request bank account details. After receiving the necessary details, the refund will be processed through a bank transfer, and refund transaction details will be shared via email as confirmation.
Q. Are there any charges for return shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be provided at no additional cost. In cases where the return is requested due to size issues or personal preference, return shipping charges, if applicable, may be borne by the customer.
Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. To request a cancellation, customers can contact us either through WhatsApp support or by emailing our official support email ID, along with the order number and the registered email ID used while placing the order.
Q. What happens if I request cancellation after the order is dispatched?
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers are required to accept the delivery and place a return request through the return option. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may refuse delivery, and the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
Q. What happens if I refuse COD orders multiple times?
Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to COD being disabled for future purchases to prevent misuse of the service.
